Toma al Peperoncino

A very high quality cheese which comes from traditional recipes of Piedmontese toma cheese. It is produced exclusively with Piedmontese milk coming from selected farms of the territory and enhanced with the addition of crushed chilli pepper. The slow ageing on pinewood boards of the Botalla cellars gives this cheese a unique scent and aroma.
