Toma with Chili Pepper

A very high quality cheese which comes from traditional recipes of Piedmontese toma cheese. Produced exclusively with Piedmontese milk from selected local farms, it is enhanced by the addition of crushed chilli pepper. Slow ageing on fir wood boards in the Botalla cellars allows unique aromas and flavours to develop.
