The original Sbirro cheese, the first and only cheese produced exclusively with Menabrea beer. A cheese with an intense and persistent aroma, blending unusual hints of yeast and mountain pasture. Delicate in flavour but with a distinctive character, it has a pleasantly bitter, hoppy aftertaste that is a pleasant surprise.
