Il Morbido di Botalla is a cheese made from Piedmontese cow’s milk from selected farms. It has a soft texture and delicate flavor, thanks to the light skimming of the milk and the particular cutting of the curd. Its rounded shape, obtained using a special mold, makes it unique. It matures on fir boards, developing sweet and full aromas and flavors, ideal with a young Piedmontese red wine.
