A high-quality chili pepper cheese made according to the traditional recipe for Piedmontese Toma cheese. Produced exclusively with Piedmontese milk from selected local farms, it is enhanced by the addition of crushed chilli pepper. Slow ageing on fir wood boards in the Botalla cellars allows unique aromas and flavours to develop.
