Cheese with unique characteristics made of pure cow’s milk from an ancient recipe by the breeders of farms located at Pian Bress, a pasture located in the Biellese Alps. It is a chalky cheese which becomes creamy closer to the rind as the ageing progresses.

This cheese is important for its aromatic taste.
