Our sheep’s milk cheese

A cheese made with 100% goat’s milk from selected farms. Its distinctive flavour is enhanced by ageing on fir boards in the Botalla cellars. We recommend pairing it with Birra Menabrea’s “arte in lattina” Pils beer.
