Circular economy and recycling
In our dairy, every resource is valued. The saline solution is entirely recycled and reused, avoiding waste and reducing environmental impact.
Inside the plant, dedicated filters recycle the air and minimize emissions.
A process that combines quality, efficiency, and respect for the environment. A virtuous example of the circular economy is whey, which, instead of being disposed of, is reused as a by-product in agriculture
or to create new products.
Renewable energy and water self-sufficiency
The use of renewable energy from solar panels helps reduce the company’s environmental impact and energy consumption.
Our 500 kW photovoltaic system covers approximately 50% of the company’s energy needs, contributing to a significant reduction in emissions, which were reduced by 198,776.52 kg in 2024.
Water is a precious resource and we manage it with the utmost care. But we don’t stop there: most of the water used in the washing processes is recovered through an advanced filtration system, reducing waste and dispersion.
The heat produced in various forms in industrial processes is largely recovered. Our steam distribution system, integrated with a condensate recovery circuit, conveys the recovered water to a dedicated tank, feeding the steam boiler and improving overall energy efficiency.
