A single slice of high-quality spicy cheese made according to the traditional recipe for Toma Piemontese. Produced exclusively with Piedmontese milk from selected local farms, it is enhanced by the addition of crushed chili pepper. Slow ageing on fir wood boards in the Botalla cellars allows unique aromas and flavours to develop.
