Tometta cheese made from pure Piedmontese milk from selected farms with the addition of aromatic herbs: thyme, rosemary, parsley, oregano and chives, which give it unique and well-balanced characteristics. The delicate flavour and fragrant aroma are enhanced by careful ageing on fir wood boards.
