“Gusto al Cubo” enjoys great public success at TuttoFood 2017, Milan

Botalla Cheeses took part in TuttoFood together with Menabrea Beer and Capanna Prosciutti, with the unique and well-established format “Gusto al Cubo,” under the claim: “Taste beyond imagination.”
Founded in 1947, Botalla Cheeses celebrated its 70th anniversary at the fair by presenting new packaging and labels for its entire range of cheeses.

There was no shortage of innovations. “The first is Dicapra, a soft cheese with a bloomy rind, available in 600/700 gram wheels,” explained Andrea Bonino, the company’s sales manager.
Also available for tasting were two other new products from Botalla, hitting the market in summer: spreadable cheeses, available in goat’s milk or chili pepper versions, made exclusively with the company’s cheeses using 100% Biellese milk.
