This cheese, too, is the result of our dedication to putting into practice the experience gathered over the years in making tomas of superior quality.
Made with semi-skimmed milk, the cheeses are of around 7 kg and are matured for 60 to 90 days.

Ingredients: milk – rennet – salt
Size: around 7 kg
Paste: white with a light yellowish tint with widely-dispersed tiny holes
Flavour: intense
Maturing period: over 60 days
