Toma del Biellese

This is the characteristic cheese from our area, produced with semi-skimmed milk in 3 or 7 kg cheeses.
The maturing period, which varies between 60 and 90 days, is spent in our natural cellars.

Ingredients: milk – rennet – salt
Size: around 3 to 7 kg
Paste: white with a light yellowish tint with widely-dispersed tiny holes
Flavour: intense
Maturing period: 60-90 days
